So I had my first ever leak yesterday

Yes, yes, very fu...DISGUSTING! Get your mind out of the gutter the film clip for Somebody That I Used To Know, my new single, leaked onto the web yesterday and hence I'd like to share it with you!

Also, listen to the track on Soundcloud

Kimbra is the amazing vocalist you're seeing and hearing in the third verse- floors me every time. Can't wait for her new album Vows to be released

Hope you enjoy the video. It was the most lengthy and intense shoot I've ever been part of- two days of shooting, the second day stretching out to 36 hours! Anyone who's ever done full body painting and stop-time animation will know the way time can crawl, especially when you're trying to stand dead-still for hours. Good thing it's an amazing clip!

And for that I have the following lovely people to thank:
Natasha Pincus and Warwick Field who conceived, directed, filmed and edited the piece. Check out their other awesome work here
Emma Hack who did the brilliant body painting for the video. See more of her beguiling body painting here

And thanks to my dad, whose original artwork is what the painting was based on. Thanks paps!
The full roll-call of film clip credits can be viewed on Vimeo or YouTube

The digital single is out now on iTunes in Australia, and directly from the store for the rest of the universe.

You can also request the song through Triple J's Super Request.

P.S. In case you missed it, here’s an album preview I put together with my friend James Bryans. These film clips, documentaries and more will be out digitally and on DVD alongside the record
